His staff is so friendly and personable and they make the task of seeing the dentist (sorry but do many people actually enjoy going to the dentist?) a great experience. Dr. Taylor is knowledgeable and friendly and talks to you in a way that you know what's going on with your teeth. Plus they have tv's over every chair and play Netflix so that's a bonus!

My favorite thing about this dental office is that you are able to watch Netflix during procedures. It provides a great distraction, and helped make the time pass incredibly fast. The best part is that I no longer have to awkwardly stare at my reflection through the dentist’s goggles! Also, the staff is great. Everyone is kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. I love the fact that I never had to wait more than two minutes in their waiting room, before being called to the back to begin my appointment.

I cannot recommend Dr. Nathaniel Taylor highly enough. His staff is so friendly, accommodating and professional. His office is modern and of the newest technology. Dr. Taylor himself is friendly and an excellent dentist. He explains things and listens to concerns. For many, many years I had an issue with my ugly teeth. Every dentist I saw told me nothing could be done. Dr. Taylor didn't think so but said he would try something but that I shouldn't expect too much. Well his work is so good I was told by an orthodontist what beautiful teeth I have! After years (I am 65!!) of hating to smile, I now never consider covering it up! I cannot thank him enough. All other work, fillings, cleaning have been first rate as well.

This office is, by far, the best I have ever been to. The staff is always prompt and courteous. Dr Taylor explains what he will be doing and answers all questions, without being even the slightest bit condescending. Often times, I have to bring my 4 year old daughter to my visit. Both Dr Taylor and his staff are great at handling her interruptions and explorations down the hall. Having the pediatric dentistry office connected is a wonderful perk. I cannot say enough good about this office :)

Every part of my visit was wonderful! I found the office by searching online, then I filled out the brief form on the website requesting an appt. Not only was I called before 8:30 the following morning, I was offered an apt the same day! That is such great service and availability! Once I arrived, I was greeted in a friendly manner. Light conversation was made; it was nice, not forced or fake. When taken back, everything was explained thoroughly, not at all in a condescending manner. I really appreciated the details and knowing what to expect! There was nothing stuffy or assuming, all of the ladies were absolutely wonderful, as was the doctor himself. I also liked the tv/ screen above the chair. I was able to watch a show I was interested in throughout my appt, and my x-rays were shown to me on the screen. I am so glad to have found this office, and greatly look forward to my daughter becoming a patient with the pediatric side.

From the moment you walk in, the staff at North Royalton Family Dental are friendly and welcoming. I first started coming to North Royalton Family Dentistry last December. It was a week away from Christmas and I needed to fix a cracked tooth. The practice was new and close to my house so i decided to call and see if there might be a chance they could fit me in. Lori was WONDERFUL and was able to get me in the next day. Dr. Taylor was extremely nice and explained everything in terms i could understand and Sara the hygienist was great at calming my nerves and making me feel comfortable. It's been 6 months since my initial visit and i would recommend them to any and everyone. Thank you for coming to North Royalton. It's been years since i found a practice that worked well for me and my family and I'm glad my search is over.

I decided to switch dentists after 15 years and the office becoming aggressively religious, to the point that they would pray for you on each phone call! It was a little too bizarre for me. Anyway, I'd always pass Dr. Taylor's office since it was so close to my house so I called and scheduled a cleaning. As soon as I walked in, I was extremely impressed with the receptionist/biller. We both were told that my insurance covered in-network expenses but she had a gut feeling it didn't. She took the extra time to call the insurance again and verify that the information was wrong. She then figured out how much I would have to pay out of pocket so that I could decide to keep my appointment or cancel it, if the amount was too much. The dentist himself was great. This was the first time in my entire life that the dentist cleaned my teeth! He spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions in words I could understand! Would definitely recommend!
